All Trips Include:
  • Roundtrip Deluxe Motorcoach Transportation
    Throughout your IST Campus Tour you will be traveling via deluxe motorcoach transportation. Each motorcoach is equipped with air conditioning, lavatories, and video monitors for DVD viewing.

  • Tour Manager
    Each IST Campus Tour has a certified tour manager guiding our travelers throughout the trip. The primary function of the tour manager is to insure that the trip runs smoothly and to appropriately handle any issues that may arise. The tour manger will facilitate hotel check-in and departures, restaurants reservations and/or meal voucher redemption, campus tour appointments, and any applicable flight arrangements. IST Campus Tours destination staff and tour managers are available 24 hours a day and will be with the travelers at all times.

  • Fully Guided Tours of All College Campuses on the Itinerary Including:
    • Information on Admissions Requirements
    • Information on Academic Requirements
    • Information on Housing Options
    • Information on Degree Programs
    • Information on Tuition Costs & Financial Aid

  • Informational Packets at Each College Visited
    At each campus we visit, you will be provided with an informational packet from each school highlighting all areas discussed on the tour. The packets will be a great resource in your subsequent research of each school.

  • Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner
    All meals are included in your trip. Breakfast will always consist of a meal at the hotel. Lunches are typical on-the-go, at a college campus or somewhere nearby. Dinners are at the end of the day and are typically hosted at popular sit-down restaurants, such as Hard Rock Café. All meals are complete and include gratuities.

  • All Activities as Specified on Itinerary
    Any optional activity listed on the specific itinerary will be included.

  • Hotel Taxes
    Any hotel taxes, including city, tourist, and/or county taxes are included in the cost of the trip.

  • Bellman/Maid Gratuities
    Included.

  • Roundtrip Airfare (Optional)
    For an additional cost, your group has the option of flying to the start point of your tour and flying home from the end point. Please call our corporate office for flight option prices as they tend to vary based on travel time and group size.
