FAQ

How will roommates be assigned?
Rooming lists will be completed by the school educator in charge of the trip. The prices quoted for our trips are based on quad-occupancy. If there are less than 4 travelers in a room, an additional occupancy fee will apply.

How much spending money is needed and what is the best way to take it?
On an IST Campus Tours trip, you will not need much spending money as your meals are generally included in the price of the trip. If you plan to purchase souvenirs at the campus bookstores or elsewhere, then please plan accordingly.

Schools occasionally will not include the meals in the trip price. The registration form will indicate if meals are included. If lunch and dinner was not included in the price, please make sure you bring enough money for food! Breakfast is always included.

Are there any other fees I should know about?
Quotes are based on an estimated number of students attending a trip. If less students travel, the price may go up. Rooms are based on quad occupancy. The cost of the trip will go up if there are fewer students occupying a room.

Are their any meals or events included in the package?
Yes! On an IST Campus Tour trip, breakfast, lunch and dinner are included unless other arrangements have been made by your school. Breakfast will always be served at the hotel. Lunches are typically on-the-go or at a college campus dining commons. Dinners will either be at a college campus dining commons or popular sit-down restaurants including Bubba Gump's or Hard Rock Café.
