we automatically add it to your account. As
the insurance is not in affect until you
actually pay the premium for the insurance,
we suggest you remit payment as soon as
possible. Should you decide to decline this
insurance coverage, check the box on your
statement and mail it back to our office
(prior to cancellation or final payment) and
the insurance will be removed.
